Meet Our Outpatient Counselors

Marianne Donahue, LCSWMarianne Donahue, LCSW
Marianne has been working in the substance abuse and mental health fields for over 30 years. Prior to joining Crossroads for Women in 2007, Marianne was the clinical director at a residential program for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. Marianne’s expertise is with mental health issues, crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. In addition to working with clients with substance abuse and mental health issues in individual therapy, Marianne also facilitates Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups at Crossroads for Women’s outpatient office in Portland and is DEEP certified.

Kathleen Hebden, LCSWKathleen Hebden, LCSW
Kathleen has been a therapist for 20 years. Her past work has included working with employee assistance providers, consulting to businesses on managing difficult employees and critical incident stress debriefings. Kathleen’s expertise is in mood disorders and working with families and children of substance abusers. A member of the National Association of Social Workers, York County Mental Health Task Force and the Homeless Council of York County, Kathleen provides substance abuse and mental health counseling to adults and adolescents at Crossroads for Women’s outpatient office in Kennebunk. Kathleen also helps facilitate the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Kennebunk and runs the Living with Depression and Anxiety therapy group on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm-7:00pm.

Rachael O'Donnell, LCSW, LADCRachael O'Donnell, LCSW, LADC
Rachael has been providing substance abuse and mental health treatment for the past 8 years. For 5 years, Rachael worked in Corrections providing group and individual therapy, and she has extensive experience working with women and their specific needs and issues. A member of the National Association of Social Workers, Rachael’s expertise is in women’s issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, co-occurring disorders, relationship issues, life transitions and issues related to incarceration. Rachael provides mental health and substance abuse counseling on an individual and group basis at Crossroads for Women’s outpatient office in Kennebunk and can also be found leading IOP groups in Kennebunk.

Faith Sheehan, LCSW, CCSLCSWFaith Sheehan, LCSW, CCS
Faith has been counseling individuals, couples and groups for 30 years and has extensive training in mental health and substance abuse, dealing with drug, alcohol and food addictions. Faith is a former clinical supervisor for the Claudia Black treatment program and contract worker for the US Army Family Advocacy Program in Germany and has designed and developed treatment programs for college hospitals in California. A member of the National Association of Social Workers, Faith’s expertise is in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety and depression. Faith also has a special interest in friends and family members of addicted others and professional women in recovery. Faith provides individual, couples and group counseling at our outpatient office in Portland, where she also runs Crossroads for Women’s Professional Women’s Recovery therapy group on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm-7:00pm.

Faith Sheehan, LCSW, CCSLCSWShelley Walker Rosen, LCPC, LADC, ADTR
Shelley has been a counselor for over 10 years, working with both adults and adolescents. Her expertise is in women’s health and wellness, addictions, pre- and post-partum work, managing life transitions, work-related conflicts and stress, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, death/dying/grief issues, and living with terminal illness and chronic pain. Shelley holds a Master’s Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy, which enables her to use creative approaches, such as mindfulness, breath and physical body awareness, in addition to traditional psychotherapy. She is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors and Academy of Dance/Movement Therapists, is DEEP certified and provides individual counseling at Crossroads for Women’s Kennebunk outpatient office.
